Your Monday Briefing: Donald Trump, Syria, N.C.A.A. Tournament

Here's what you need to know to start your day.

Professionalism. Dedication. Experience.

My law office understands that when people hire an attorney, they are very often experiencing extremely stressful situations. For many people, this is the first time they have had to hire an attorney. Whether having previous experience with the criminal justice system or none at all, it can be an overwhelming and scary experience. You need someone who treats you as an individual, is concerned about the outcome, and does not simply “go through the motions”. I make sure our clients not only receive high-quality legal services, but also the reassurance they desire.

For many years, the Barlow Law Office has been providing legal assistance by an experienced attorney. I have practiced in many different levels of criminal law, and place great value on quality and respectability. I have helped many of your neighbors at the initial investigation, before the grand jury, during pre-trial matters, and in jury trials across Southeast Texas. In addition to these areas, i can also assist you in post-conviction matters.

David W. Barlow, Founder

Mr. Barlow is a native Southeast Texan, born and raised in Beaumont. Along with his wife and son, he still lives in Southeast Texas, attending St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Beaumont. Mr. Barlow offers legal assistance with a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. He has represented citizens throughout Southeast Texas at both the trial level, and at the post-conviction level when prosecuted by the State of Texas in the state system. He has also assisted citizens throughout the Eastern District of Texas when prosecuted by the United States Government in the federal system. Mr. Barlow has served as local counsel for firms who are located out of the immediate area, and even located outside the state of Texas. A former prosecutor, Mr. Barlow knows "both sides of the fence." On occasion, Mr. Barlow is still called upon by various courts to serve as a Special Prosecutor when the elected prosecutor has recused himself.
